At Move Rooted, I partner with organisations to create meaningful and lasting change by embedding race equity into policies, culture and behaviours. With a PhD in social science and expertise in qualitative, quantitative and mixed-method approaches, I offer thoughtful, evidence-informed support to guide your organisational journey towards greater equity and belonging.

I provide a safe and collaborative space to review and reflect on existing race equity efforts, policies and procedures. Together, we can identify opportunities for growth and co-create new frameworks that align with your values and aspirations. I also advise on implementing culture change interventions, helping organisations nurture inclusive environments where everyone feels valued and supported.

As an Advance HE Race Equality Charter Associate, I’ve worked with senior leaders to turn commitments into tangible progress, supporting strategy development, reviewing data and policies through a race equity lens, and facilitating the kinds of honest conversations that shift culture. I also led the University of Cambridge’s successful Race Equality Charter submission back in 2019.
